Steve has over 20 years of Business Transformation experience within both public and private sectors. He is a registered Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Prince 2 Practitioner.
Steve is an inspiring trainer and has many years experience developing management development programmes. He has a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Education.
Experience:
- Provided consultancy services to staff in many government departments, including the ODPM (now DCLG), OFT, DVLA, DWP, FSA, Local Councils, MOD.
- Methods specialist and has been trained in the Lean Six-Sigma process improvement method to the level of “Black Belt”.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of programme and project management delivery including risk management, stakeholder management, staff development, communications, benefits realisation management and business case generation.
- Expert in business change and has programme managed complex enterprise wide change programmes including the deployment of ERP, EDM and Asset Management systems.
- Extensive experience of staff development using blended learning, particularly in the context of business change.
