Resource provides expert facilitators who design and deliver high profile events. Examples of our work:

• Houses of Parliament: Design and facilitation of a two-day event for senior personnel within the Houses of Parliament.
• Department for the Environment Food and Regional Affairs: Facilitation of a two-day event for 150 delegates, chaired by the Minister for the Environment, to engage different stakeholder groups in the Countryside Agenda.
• Department of Trade and Industry: Designed and delivered events to enable staff and junior ministers to assess the impact of new legislation.
• Network Rail: Approved supplier to Network Rail for event facilitation. Designed and delivered a wide range of events over a three-year period, including events attended by 150+ participants.
• Department of Trade and Industry: Management Development programme to develop ‘Skills for Change’ for members of the Internal Change Unit who were responsible for leading internal change initiatives.
• NHS: Running a wide range of management development programmes within the NHS.
• Police: Delivering facilitation skills training to support managers lead internal change initiatives.
• Ministry of Defence: Facilitating a project team involved with a major programme of restructuring.
